Tennant Application Information

Please note that our office will NOT process any applications unless all information is supplied for each applicant. Please ensure that each applicant completes a separate application form.

Once your application is approved two (2) weeks rent is required to secure the property. This is a non refundable should you change your mind. These monies must be paid in cash, credit card or Australia Post Money Order as no personal cheques are accepted. Until these monies are received the property will continue to be advertised and other applications received and/or approved. Once approved, payment of rent is in one of the following ways, Cheque, Money Order, BPay ($1.25 per transaction), credit card (fees apply).

Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday 8:30 am to 12:00 pm
Sunday Closed

Processing an Application
In the majority of instances an application is processed the same day providing all referees and the Lessor can be contacted. This process may take longer if referees are unavailable.

Please note that keys to a property are available for collection from Monday to Friday after 10:00 am only. Keys will not be issued for commencement of tenancy any other time.

Pets
Prior to the commencement of the tenancy the tenant must provide our office with the original Gold Coast City Council Registration Certificate for each approved pet. Failure to provide this documentation may result in pets not being approved.

Tenancy Information Centre Australia Pty Ltd - TICA
Professionals Nerang is a member of the Tenancy Information Centre Australia. Please note that all defaulting tenants will be placed on this database and the services of a Debit Collector will be engaged.

Bond Transfers
Please note that our office does not accept bond transfers. Bond loans are accepted.

100 Point Identification
Please find below a list of documentation which may be used toward your 100 point identification check:

Our office reserves the right to allow for changes or additions to the above. Should an applicant fail to provide the above details, the application may not be processed.
